Shop Policies
All sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted, but please contact us if you have any issues or concerns with your order. We want you happy with our products!

Processing Time
Please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to be processed, shipped, and delivered to you. Packages are shipped via USPS.

Shipping FAQs
Shipping is offered at a flat rate of $10 with all orders in the USA.

Currently, our shop is limited to USA only. If you are in another country and would like us to ship to you, please fill out the Contact form and let us know. We love our international customers and would be willing to accommodate you to the best of our abilities.

Express shipping is available upon request. So, please contact us before placing your order for a custom quote.

If your order is marked undeliverable and returns due to providing an incorrect address, you will need to pay the shipping fee again if you want the package re-delivered to a new address. Please double check that your name, mailing address, and email are correct during checkout. Once a package is out of our hands, delivery options or destination cannot be updated.
